Woods BB720

I just bought a used Woods BB720 , just noticed the crossbar has assembly has some cracks and has one big dent I would like to take it off and have it repaired but after taking the nut off realized it is on a spline. If anyone knows how to take it off without taking it to a dealer, I would appreciate any help I can get.

Is it the stump jumper disk or just the cross bar ? remove the cotter key then remove the bolt , open the top access panel tap down on the cross bar with a digging bar spin and tap again until it drops off. When you re assemble use anti seize on everything.

Thanks Marek yes it does have the stump jumper disk, I will try tapping as you have suggested.
