Woods RB72 - blade won\'t stay attached to frame

I have a Woods RB72 back blade and the blade won't stay attached -- it looks like it is held on by having a large bolt screwed directly from the frame into the blade. The problem is that the threads of the bolt are now worn off. The last time the blade came off, we had to physically rotate the frame over the blade to get it back attached (the female threads seem to be a part of the blade housing).

It looks as if the bolt part may be welded directly into the frame -- is this so? Any suggested repairs? Or is it now toast (after 5 years of mostly moving snow!!!).

By looking at the parts digram.
The pivot assembly is held to the frame by a 1" x 7" bolt. The diagram shows a nut and a washer on the underside of the pivot assembly. I don't think the nut and washer are welded to anything. Well I just went and looked at mine. I think the nut and washer is welded to the pivot assembly. You might try having the nut retapped to a bigger size and drill and replace the 1" x7" bolt. That wouldn't be to big a deal. The simplest thing would be to get a longer bolt, 1" x 8" or longer Ream out the nut that is welded on the pivot assembly and just go through it. I would drill a hole for a cotter pin in the replacement bolt, so the nut won't work loose or tack weld it to the existing nut.
