Tiller Woods tiller question

I got a used Woods GT60 tiller with the purchase of my tractor. I have printed the manual on Woods web site. The manual could contain better information. I checked the gear oil in the side chain case and I think it is over filled. I assume the side plug is to check the gear oil level. If so it is over filled. Can anyone confirm that this how to check the oil level? The side chain case has two plus one at the top of the cover (which I assume is the fill plug) and a plug about 6 inches from the bottom (which I assume is the plug to check the level).

Same tiller as mine. I looked in my manual and I believe you are correct
top plug filler and bottom is the fill height. The directions are not that great.
If your worried about it being to full drain some out.
