woods TPR 6000 angle control plate

I have an old woods tpr6000 (power rake??) and the plate with the holes in it to change the angle vibrated loose. The front nearest the hitch is still attached but the rear is not. When I noticed that it was loose I saw a big pin lating on top and a "U" clamp along with it. I have not been able to find any pics of this thing and I am not sure if this was rigged by the previous owner. Does anybody have a pic or manual that shows how this fits together.
