Tractor Sizing workmaster 55

would the workmaster 55 work for doing final grades on 1 acre lots, we need a tractor for final grades, cleaning dirt on streets and using the
fel for off loading trucks, any thoughts on the workmaster?

I looked at the Farmall 55A (same tractor in red paint) and thought it was a lightly built POS and I am a CaseIH guy....
