Workmaster 70

I have a Workmaster 70 with 435 hrs. Once it gets above 1600 RPMs it begins to whistle. No loss of power, no smoke, operates normally. Any ideas?

Sounds like a boost leak. Have you checked the intake pipes and rubber boots after the turbo for any obvious stuff? Some times the rubber boots will creep out and start leaking.
