Worst in the sense of incompetence, not damage caused.
If I read this right, the guy burrowed under a three-inch-high landscape timber, discovered he was in an azalea bed with nothing to eat, and then burrowed back out in a different direction. From the width of the hole, he could have looked over the timbers and seen where he would end up.
To really show how clueless he is, I took this picture with my back against the bean poles in the vegetable garden.
