7,000 hours is quite a bit on any machine and near the end of it's productive life. It will require constant repair as parts have just worn by then. If you buy a machine with that many hours, it should be really cheap. Go into it knowing that you will be wrenching on it all the time, and that it will be a money pit. This is true for all brands. Which means only buy a machine that you have a local dealer for. I would never buy JCB because the only two dealers I know of are both 100 miles away in different directions from my place. If there was a dealer here, I would consider them as their reputation is pretty good from those I've met who own them.
