While removing some hydraulic lines I'm seeing what appears to be hydraulic fluid . Problem is its supposed to have transmission fluid. How big of an issue is this? Kubota b8200

Are you sure a kubota B8200 is to use transmission fluid? I don't thank so.
Where are you getting that info?

If this is a new to you machine, you could ask the previous owner what he put in, some people put a red dye from John Deere to easily spot leaks, something to think about.

There may be a terminology confusion.

If the tractor is an HST model the transmission and hydraulics will use the same oil. You should be able to find the proper type on the net. A word of caution; the colour may not be indicative of the type of oil.

TSC sells UDF or whatever Kubota calls their premium universal fluid, as do other places. On all the premium fluids I have seen it's deliberately colored (slightly) orange to distinguish it from other fluids of lesser quality used in general trans-hyd services only. TSC goes by the "Premium" Universal Trans Hyd fluid. Warren Oil co. makes it for lots of badges and probably does it for TSC. Look on the back of the container.
