Searching!
I just received a price on a x485 with the 62" MMM of $9,150 and was wondering if it was in the ball park. Not having a lot of experience with purchasing a lawn tractor of this size I would sure appreciate any input that you all would have. Thanks in advance for your assistance in making this decision a little more painless.
Thanks

That's better than the deal I am working on, but then it isn't closed yet either. I am going for the all-wheel-steer (AWS) which may be the difference. In addition, I may add a new MC519 cart and blower too (old one is 5 years). But you have to decide what is in "your ballpark", not ours. I think price depends on the economy (yours and the dealers), the area, the dealers situation, and the competition in the area. It all is different and will reflect the best price you can get. I try to keep my dealer happy, and he tries to keep me happy. We get along very well and I don't try to cut his margins as I want him to be profitable and stay in business for my future. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif I guess I am selfish that way. If he doesn't make money, he won't stay around. Simple, but true.

If this is your first Deere, I predict you will be a happy camper (many think they have died and gone to heaven). If an upgrade, you will be just as happy but already know what that feels like. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
