I'm thinking the same thing. The dealer say's they did just that 2 weeks ago and found nothing wrong with any of the pulleys and idlers. When I have a chance I think it's time to pop the deck belt and spin them individually myself, although the noise very much sounds like it's at the front. In the past I have used a non-contact (infrared) thermometer on various points of the deck to see if I could see any particular hot spots after running the machine for 30 or more minutes but that's proven nothing so far.
Naturally the 'bad' part is that it hasn't been particularly noisy for the last 3 or so hours of run time.... makes it hard to troubleshoot.
