Mowing x324 john deere riding mower wont start

Hi I hope someone can help me I changed for fuel filler and I got spark to the spark plugs and the fuel pump is working ok I clean the carburetor
3 time and put it back on and still no start . oh the gas in new

If the old filter was working you might put it back and see what happens.

Have you checked that the fuel filter is in the line in the right direction? Some filters will work either way, but most I have seen need to be pointed in the right direction.
To check if it is a fuel shortage, you can always take off the air cleaner and drop about 1ml of fuel down the throat of the carby and see if it will start. If it does, then fuel either isn't reaching the carby, or not getting through it for some reason.
