x540 low power, smells of gas while running

You need to change the oil if one has been ran on only 1 cylinder for any amount of time.
It may check overfull of oil because gas is getting into the oil. Smell the oil...

I have International harvester 434 tractor gas model.
It smells like gas and low power when running. I can smell gas from the exhaust pipe.
can someone tell me what problem is?
I run it one time with the choke wide opened. When I saw it I quickly closed the choke an after that
I started having this short of power problems.

But maybe someone will still be able to help, but may be a stuck float in the carburetor getting too much gas into the intake. What is the engine make and size in the model 434?
