Thanks CHD. Its a 100 acre lake and we are out on a peninsula and I love it. Not sure how winter will be since we just moved in but now I'm hoping for lots of fluffy snow, at least for a while. Sounds like you've got about every situation covered. I'm thinking upgrade vs trading. I'm hoping this is it for me. Time will tell.
I see a cab in your future. Snow blowers will soak you if you have to use them in the wind. You might want to consider a plow blade for the smaller snows. They are faster and won't get you wet. I push 18" snows with the plow, no problem.
