Is anyone familiar these lifts? I am trying to find a price. The dealer had never heard of them and didn't have a price.

Easy search. What "dealer" did you ask?
I have one from HarborFreight. Only difference from MoJack is HF uses a hydraulic jack.
With the time it takes to go from storage to use (all have same) I have ended up just using a wheeled floor jack. Much faster and lift height is plenty for all needs.
