i have a problem with my LS3032 throttle doesn't respond and tractor is stuck running right up to max RPM it still runs fine it is just wide open. the key switch will not turn it off, i have to block off turbo intake or un plug 2 wire connector at fuel pump. anyone have any ideas? thanks in advance.
