I, too, have been thinking about "upsizing". Maybe no one has a BH on a 3135?

I am awaiting delivery of my XG3135H with a backhoe and should be here next week. My cousin in Tennessee bought the same tractor and he loves it! I will let you know my thoughts when I get it.

It’s hard to recommend a specific thumb. You have to measure the bucket and get one that matches so it meets the bucket correctly.
A bolt on also has to fit the dipper stick.

I just joined because I purchased an XG3135 with backhoe about 4 weeks ago. It was a rental return from last September and had 160 hours on it when it was delivered. Also, bought a set of pallet forks and box scraper. The FEL and backhoe were new so just the tractor had the hours on it. I did end up with a problem right away that has not been resolved yet but not for the lack of effort by the dealer and LS. I had an engine code show up the first day I started it. I searched this site as well as everywhere else but could not find anyone else with this issue. It shows a F03 with a #174 and the ! icon on the dash. The first attempt to fix was replacing the fuel temp sensor but that did not work. They then thought a new ECU would work but decided to bring a technician in and install a new wiring harness. That may have fixed the problem but the code still flashes. The technician said he might have to come back with a computer and install new software; he did comment that LS corporate is aware of this issue but just haven't been able to nail down the exact cause.

In the meantime, he said use the tractor, it is operating correctly and I agree. I've been pulling out 10-16' Doug fir logs that were felled last year and the backhoe is easy to operate, remove and install by one person. I am relatively new to tractors so I plan twice and go slow. The tractor may weigh close to 4000 lbs but I already sense it can quickly lift up in the back without a counter balance. I have faith that they will resolve my problem and I plan on putting this thing through the paces for many years.

Good luck.

Thanks for your input, hopefully they can get your issue resolved, I had a smaller LS tractor before(XJ2025H), does the backhoe subframe arms still come off with the backhoe, I found it alittle annoying that they were so long and made it hard to store when backhoe is off, I kinda wish they had a more compact backhoe attachment like kubota or mahindra, but i was really impressed with the xj2025 overall, hoping a bigger LS will be just as good

On my backhoe, there is only one subframe arm, located in the center which does connect underneath the tractor frame about halfway back. Yes, it is long and not compact. There are two hitch pins that you then lock it in to the tractor located underneath the 3 pt. arms. I would assume it is easier to line up one arm vs. two but it is not as condensed as some of the other backhoes out there. I can take a picture later on this week if you would like.

Ok thanks for the info, must be it's different than my xj2025 I had, that had 2 arms going underneath that once up in the cradle had pins going through them, yeah at some point if you could get some pics that would be great

I guess you could call it two arms, I just viewed them as one piece connected at the ends. Here is a picture of the backhoe I have.

Ok great thanks, it is the same as my xj2025 was, kind of annoying how long the arms are, takes up asdlot of room in garage, when off, oh well, worth it's wait in gold in my book, still haven't decided on xg3135, or xg3140
