Friend of mine has a 'new to him' XR3135 with about 600 hours on it. He let another guy use it, who proceeded to put about 5 gallons of GASOLINE into the tank, then ran it for a while still. This has led to sputtering, smoking, knocking, and who-knows-what-else.
So, I'm trying to help him out and we were able to maneuver the tractor into my barn. Going to drain the tank, filters, and try to bleed out the fuel lines as well.
Does the fuel tank have a drain? If not, is it easily removed so I can just pull it and drain it more easily? Any other tips for purging the rest of the fuel system?
Thanks in advance
