Does anyone know if JD makes the steel plate for the undercarriage for these tractors

I can still get the armor for my 4200, so I suspect it's still available for your series of tractors. Check www.jdparts.com and search by tractor model number.

I'd be very surprised if that were the case. It would be a great feature for the 4000 series of tractors but the frame structure of the two tractors is quite differnet.

The belly-pan on my 110TLB uses the structural support of the rectangular frame that ties both the loader and the backhoe mounting structure together.

Since the 4000 series of loaders are removable there is no structural member that is present to become part of the support framework with the backhoe and the tractor housing that would fit the type of belly pan that is available for the 110.
