Yahoo Groups going DARK in hours - Struck Group

As nobody right now can even post on Yahoo Groups at this time,
this was the only other place referenced by the Struck Company website.

Are you moving the group? Maybe to GroupsIO?

Did you request the Yahoo Download of messages and content?

A few of us from the AT (Archive Team) are running with PGO. I've found your group via
the Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Struck Group references.

We are on borrowed time. There isn't enough of the AT people to save thousands of YG from
going in the DARK forever.

The YG servers are super slow, not sure if this message would even reach you.
(It actually didn't, took 4 hours and bounced back)

I've been able to snag your groups' LINKS, FILES and PHOTOS. Messages on the YG servers
are almost impossible to retrieve. What would take 30mins has taken all day
snagging the Struck Groups messages. I'm at message 518 at the moment. Not sure if it
would complete.

For the tractor AT effort, we saved the Deere, Yanmar, Iseki, Mitsubishi-Satoh, Gray
Market Tractor Group and a few others off of Yahoo Groups. Sadly on my listing, there
isn't time left to save others. Struck is my last on the long list as YG is super unstable.

It took 27 hours, all of the message database is now saved and available.

If someone from the group can give a shout to the YG CF Struck owner(s)/moderator(s) that would be helpful.

The last few posts over there folks had concerns of the wealth of shared information and helpful experiences would go away or be lost forever.

So, maybe the manuals and photos are still worth while for this saved group then?

Images totaled over 550Mb alone. A few hundred of them actually.

I still have the archive and the files. Not sure if the user's group will abandon it all or move to GroupsIO or FB. There hasn't been any communication since January this year.

You might try sending an email to struck_group-owner@yahoogroups.com. I have no idea who it is, or if they would respond, but it couldn't hurt to try. I suggested everyone just come here.

The Struck Group will live on. I managed to turn over the entire PGO-4 software backup of the Yahoo archive of the group taken in Jan 2020 to a few members with computer skills.

The membership at large has the access links too should anyone need the data, messages and photos for historical purposes too.

I had managed to save 8+ tractor groups over on Yahoo before the data PURGE event took place earlier this year.

I'm not heard of any STRUCK group formed on GroupsIO as of yet nor any place else for that matter.
