While I'm waiting for my service manual from Hoyes, I was hoping that someone with a simular tractor could help me out.
Looking for front rims and tires 5-12 on the tire and a 4 lug pattern measuring approximately 5 1/8 or 5 1/4.
Also I noticed a small diameter rubber hose on the top of the rear axle, where it connects to the axle is rusted out and the end of the hose is rotted this hose proceeds up and is routed under the seat to a simular connection on the opposite side of the rear axle. What is this hose for (vacumn hose)?
Also, there is a wheel (Yanmar green in color) looks like it has something to do with hydraulics, directly under the front of the seat it has open and close markings on it, anyone know what that is for? Recently bought this tractor and it's all new to me.
Thanks

Hi Bob,

The hose and macaroni fitting is to vent rear axle and case. Pretty sure you can get the fitting from a Yanmar dealer.
The knob under your seat is the hydraulic implement lock. You can lock your 3PH implement up for road travel or service. Can't help you with the rims, but someone here might help you out. Not 100% sure but I think the 155, 1300 and 1401D's are the same size wheel and tire (I think).

If you can't find production wheels for what you need you could try these guys

Hey Wheel

I've not used them but they are the only place I have found in my limited searching that will basically custom build wheels for you. You might ask around and see if anyone has used them and if they were happy with them.

Good luck and if you do have some made please post back. There may still be a need for me to have some work done by them.

I have used Hey Wheel for years. I have had nothing but good results, quality, fit, and price.

On average, if I wanted 4 new wheels made to accomodate turf or R-4's what would it cost me? I'm probably looking at 12" fronts and 23" rears. Both medium width.

Appreciate any info you can provide. Thanks.
Phil
