Not sure how or if this relates to your 2210D? The EF312T and EF352T are quite different.

This table was given by a Japanese man with my 2210, they are the same.

Keep it clean. My 2000 has no signs of being a VN'er.. But it was apparent that the screen had been replaced on it. They kept the ends and cut and replace just the screen and then ran a welded down it. It worked and Fantastic. I replaced it from being so dirty. But I cold tell what had been done. It was still all intact. So it worked good. They used another screen from a larger tractor IMO.. Just some thought. Hoye doesn't show it or does my Parts. But what it does show is maybe and should able to use the screen 330,2500,3000 and see if you can replace just the screen. The 2210 is a pretty common model so I would think Hoye either has it New, Used or a remedy like I just said. A member on here asked for the old one Yrs.and Yrs ago never heard anything more about it afterwards.....

is it torn somewhere i cant see? It still looks fine? Those are screens, not really filters, wash it off with clean fuel and re install.

That chart is for tractor EF312T and EF352T, 3-cylinder models from 2007 - 30 years newer than his 2210. And the oils specified in that chart are now obsolete - 'CD 30 or 40 grade motor oil', Deere J20B transmission fluid. There are now better products available.

Prosekalo, for engine oil I suggest use the same modern diesel oil as big highway trucks use in your country. And for the transmission, a modern tractor transmission fluid that says it is compatible with John Deere J20B. The 90 weight gear oil in the chart for the front axle is ok but I think modern 85W-90 grade is much better for low temperature use.
