You did all this BECAUSE it doesn't start, or you did all this and NOW it doesn't start?

^sometimes harder to get all the air out than one might expect.

The manual for my Yanmars says bleed first at the filter inlet bleeder screw, then the filter outlet bleeder screw, then at the screw down on the injector pump inlet fitting. And a couple of old-time Yanmar dealers on here posted that there is never a need to bleed at the injectors.

Is this how you did it?

My Yanmar YM2310 has buttons you press on the filter housing to bleed the air out. Super simple. My son changed the fuel filter and could not get the thing to run for more than a few seconds. I went to check it out and after looking at the tractor I asked him if the fuel shut off was in the correct position. He insisted it was. I turned it so that it was pointing down and the tractor started and ran. He was sure the shut off handle needed to be pointing up and insisted it was before he touched anything. I showed him the manual where it shows the handle down position is the open position. Is yours maybe in the wrong position?

You need to loosen injector line at the injector, one at a time, crank until solid stream of fuel, tighten, do the rest one at a time.
