Yanmar 324 or Kioti CK2510

I just passed 300 hours on my 424. I have every 3 pt implement you can name and all are handled well. I really like the F/R pedals and the placement of the FEL stick (near arm rest for all day comfort). Throttle and cruise control don't hold in place but i fixed them both. I have tired filled and love the tractor.

I replaced the magnetic actuator myself with an after market unit. Interesting to see this is a common problem.

I have been looking at purchasing a compact tractor and have been impressed with the Yanmar 324/424 and the Kioti CK2510. Both do not seem to have the SSQT FEL bucket and the Yanmar has a really small bucket at 5.65 cu.ft. vs the Kioti at 7.8 cu.ft. I relate this in mind to a wheelbarrow at 6 cu.ft. Should I be concerned with the bucket size, are there any options? What are users real world experience with the fel and bucket? Also if you have any other info that would sway me either way,regarding the 324/424, that would be great.

I was in a similar boat as the OP. I was comparing the 324/424 with the CK2510 however. Price wise, I can get a much better deal on the Kioti. Dealer offers a package deal of CK2510 TLB with box blade and trailer for $1000 less than just 424TLB at Yanmar. Unfortunately the Kioti dealer is @ 2 hours away and Yanmar is across town. Local dealer and support is a BIG factor for me, so I'm getting the 424.
