I just tried to mount the RS1303 on my B7610, and think I might need longer arms. My hydraulic top link doesn't go short enough to get it at the right angle, and it barely gets off the ground to move it.

Plus, I can't get my slip clutch on and use the PTO shaft that came with it, as there isn't enough room.
I think longer arms may fix all of this. Either that, or weld on new 3PH pin mounts that extend out toward the tractor more.

What have others here done to adapt one of these tillers to work with a Kubota-B, or other small tractor. They ARE designed to work with small Yanmar tractors.

I guess a short top link would work, but that doesn't solve my slip clutch issue. A shorter PTO shaft is out of the question, this one is already pretty short.

Thanks,
Jay

Sorry to here Jay , But it shouldn,t be a problem . The longer arms & shorter top link I would think take care of all the problems.

Do you have any pics of the setup ? Or Measurements of the top & lower links ? it might help figure it out easier . at one time i had 7 , 5 foot Iseki tillers & Several different Lengths of top & lower links . Every one was a little different & just took the right combo to get them hooked up .

On one I had to make an upper link thats only about 6 inches long & hadto Modify the tiller mounts as well. But it was easy enough. Just have to figure it out .

Its just kind of hard to guess the right combo without seeing it & knowing the measurements. But I have cut & added on , or shortened top & bottoms links & arms to make work. Best of luck . Bob

Someone else posted a link for various sized lift arms:
Lift Arms pins bushings tractor Parts

My current lift arms are 23", so the 32" ones should be plenty long to use with my current hydraulic top cylinder, and to also give me enough driveline length to use the PTO shaft that came with it, and a slip clutch.
