Kinda hard to say whether it's a "good decision" without knowing the planned use. I can tell you that the EX3200 is a well built tractor. I've had a TL for about 3 years now. It is extremely handy for working in and around the barn, gardening, and food plot work. It will pull a 5 foot rotary cutter, 5 foot tiller, and 14" breaking plow with ease. I have larger tractors (Kubotas) for doing more demanding work. There are only 3 complaints I have, two with the tractor and one with the company. First, the operating platform is tight for a big guy. When turning to check behind the tractor, I'm constantly bumping the loader joystick with my right leg. The second issue is, at least when mine was bought, the loader bucket is not a QC model. I have a set of forks that I'd like to use with it, but can't without modifying the tractor. The third issue is hopefully a local problem. With the separating of CC and Yanmar, the closest dealer is now 100 miles away. The dealer I bought from is out of business. The next closest has switched to Mahindra.
I've thought at times about selling it and buying an equivalent Kubota. I've always talked myself out of it because I'm not sure I would be getting a better tractor. The two problems I have with the tractor can be solved with a little fab work and a few dollars. The last issue is made easier with the internet and UPS. The bottom line is the tractor is a really stout little tractor that is hard to beat for the money.
