We're located off of I-95 in Woodbridge, VA (http://www.sctractor.com) and deliver to NC. Right now we're sold out of our Yanmar 4WDs and have just a few other 4WDs left in stock. If you're lawn and fields to be mowed are relatively flat, you could get away with a 2WD tractor and even pick up one with a loader to add some versatility for projects down the road. I bought a Mitsubishi from Corriher about 10 years ago. I still have it. It has been a good buy for me. Although they are no longer a grey dealer, they do have some dismantled tractor parts in the back shed. They also have several pallets of wheel and front weights. I can't help on the price, but you can get parts from other dealers. That's what most of us do. I work in Statesville. Welcome to TBN.
