I'm starting to think it was a case of a big company pushing the little guys around. Yanmar maybe never intended to win in court, just put together some legal documents, serve papers to the dealers, and bully them into doing something else. Something stinks about this whole thing, i.e. "If you comply with our demands, we'd be happy to make you an authorized Yanmar dealer." Not sure anyone can fight them alone, we may never see a real result from this whole thing.
