Yanmar LX Questions

Does anyone know the top speed of the Yanmar LXes with HST? Its missing from the spec sheet and I'm trying to do an apples to apples comparison to the other brands I'm looking at to buy.

Also, does the smaller displacement engine with turbo in the LX490 mean its more fuel efficient than the LX410 and 450? I'm wondering if the 490 would be a better model to run a PTO generator from for extended periods of time.

I'm not sure on the top speed but it moves on down the road pretty good in high gear. From the lx tractors we have sold and used yes the 490 with the turbo does better on fuel than the 410 and 450.

Well, I purchased a Lx4500 which I assume is the same thing as a pre-2012 Lx450. Although I have not taken delivery of it yet (waiting for Ag tires) I've been reading the Operator's manual and it answers the top speed question. Note, this is from the manual for an HST tractor:

The top speed for the LX4100s and 4500s is 16.28 mph

Regarding the LX4900, because the 49hp engine operates at 100 less rpm, the top speed for that model is 15.66 mph.

Edit: Forgot to mention, the manual lists these speeds with R1 Ag tires
