It has been a little over a year since I purchased the Yanmar. Last week the hat pin arrived and a letter promising a hat. Yesterday I received a letter from Yanmar apologizing for the spelling errors in the previous letter. I figured the errors were just a translation error from the Japanese. I guess not. It will be interesting to see what the hat looks like when it gets here.

I received a UPS shipment notification a little while ago. It took awhile to figure out why I was going to receive two packages from Brentwood, TN. I logged into my UPS account and saw "YOGS HATS". After I remembered what YOG meant, it dawned on me that it must be the hat!

I, like others here, didn't receive any mailings from the Yanmar Owners Group for over a year after I purchased my SA324 in early 2018. Better late than never, I suppose.
