Yanmar to the rescue

If Texas is like Colorado, its a "fence out" state. Meaning that if you don't want range animals on your land, you have the responsibility to fence them out. Any damage they do on your property is not the responsibility of the animal owner; its yours.

Another reason to not live there. Some guys 'range animal' rips up my land by being off it's land and I'm responsible for the damage it causes to MY property?! What kind of a99 backward mentally challenged law is...oh wait, I forgot we're talking TexAS.:confused2::eek:*

* Just kidding Tex's;:D but I'd like top sirloin, please!

Another bene of a fence out free range state is that you get a huge tax break for letting the animals free range on your property. Here, folks leave the property open but fence around the house. friends of mine had to get a fence up cause the cows were bumping up against the house and eating all her flowers.
