Yanmar YM 226

This is the 226 that bought last year, and then sold, then was able to buy it back recently. This tractor is in like new condition, was really regretting letting it go, I am very glad to have it back.

I see power steering. Was that a dealer-installed option?

That is a fine looking tractor, looks like it just came off the assembly line. How many hours on it?

I believe the power steering is a factory installed option. The tractor is showing 268 hrs. I believe this is the same 226 that was shown in a post from 2013 on Yanmar Tractor Support Message Board. At that time to owner was wanting to sell the Yanmar 60 in belly mower that was installed by the dealer in 1983. I have the belly mower also.

I love the John Deere green weights up front. The Yanmars are the SAME weights, just painted black. I've been tempted to paint my JD black, but for memory of the farmer who gave them to me free and passed on, I'll keep them like yours, JD faded green.

a few years back I took them off to get the p/n and the metric weight info. These sold from $45 to $66 3 years ago. Now, they list for $99 each.

Everything cost more than a few months ago, and will probably get higher
