My father-in-law and I have a little disagreement. He says that it has a category 0 and I say it's a category 1. Could anyone shed some info?

FIL's can really ask for it sometimes! They are OK most times.

Father in law may not be so dumb. The 135 and 155 both came with optional category 1 or 2 hitches. Although I do not have documentation I wouldn't be surprised that the 147 had the same options.

I finished rebuilding the front end of my father-in-laws Yanmar Ym147D and I thought my experience could possibly help someone in the future. includes pictures of a tool I made to install the seal collar on the final gear. I installed the tires and rims he bought after I painted the rims. Gave it a complete tuneup and overhaul. I highly recommend Jamieson tractor for all yanmar parts and Gary went out of his way to help me with my questions. We now have a brand new, used tractor that runs and looks great.
