We bought property in NEK Vermont and built our retirement home. It has a lot of history to it, I'm always finding old stuff. While moving a pile of metal roofing, I found these. While I don't have a use for it I'll keep around in case some one does. Any ideas on what it fits? Given directions, I can take more detailed pictures to help. An

Looks like several parts. One looks like it might be a mid mount chisel plow of something, not sure what's stacked on it. Really need to lay them out for me to have any good ideas.

Thanks. I think I recall the former property owner telling me they were mid mount and specific to one brand tractor. Tomorrow is suppose to be above average temps. I will pull out and arrange for a better view. They are heavy. At least the main parts.. I'm not a farmer so I don't think I'd ever use.

The first pic is a skinny dog with a big head.
The other two are cultivator pieces.

The value is $0.01 per pound for scrap,
or,, $0.03 per pound if someone wants some yard art.

You gotta deduct the transportation out of the $0.01 per pound, if you want to get the scrap price,, plus the value of your time.

Brief rabbit hole, anyone else’s scrap yards suddenly empty? The three nearest me since about June one is now completely empty minus stuff that’s getting dropped off (it was about 5 acres), one is easily down to a quarter of what it was (about 2acres), and one is smaller by a lot but they’ve never allowed “picking” and seemed to sort and move it regularly. Just odd, and now I can’t get cheap scrap to pretend to weld on either because they don’t allow it anymore.

I know several guys who have sold scrap for the last decade,, one even has the new required permit to insure it is not stolen scrap,,

Well, NONE of those guys have hauled a pound of scrap since the start of 2020,,
mostly due to the price being paid is below the cost of moving the stuff,,

With no incoming material, the yards gotta go empty, just because the yard needed income,,
