Had to have new drain fields installed. What used to be nice thick grass is now rocky subsoil. I graded and hauled off eight buckets of stone. Ran the disk over it this evening and dug up many more rocks. I'm going to rent a York rake tomorrow and try to get it seeded.

Looks like you have a pretty good start on your project. It's funny how rocks multiply each time you break the surface of the soil, but they sure do! Keep us posted with your progress....

I live in Rockland county, NY. Man, what an appropriate name. My box blade brought up a couple of tons of rocks. Finishing up with the rake brought up some more.
I basically regraded with the blade and smoothed out with the rake. I seeded in the fall and have a nice lawn coming up. My only problem was a drainage issue I didn't forsee. I had to dig up a 75x75 area to work on the drainage. It's all done now, I'll seed this weekend and give it steady water. Isn't it funny that I had to do drainage work to remove water, now I have to pay to water the lawn:mad:
