Yellow Jackets not being friendly

/ Yellow Jackets not being friendly #61
Boeing is right. Fire extinguishers work very well for bees. We do not deal with a lot of attacks in VA but fire departments down south have protocols written to deal with bee attacks. They usually use class A foam. They mix is at a high percentage of 1% foam to water mixture. The foam kills them almost instantly. I keep a water extinguisher around with a lot of dawn dish detergant in it. It work well but does not get as sudsy. A fog pattern of water will get them away from you in a pinch too. Obviously this does not kill them but definately makes them exit the area.
