Staples (yes, the office supply store)
I was at the one in Coos Bay, OR over the weekend, and had to make a return. (Black Friday regrets). I walk in and the sign over the Customer Service Desk says "Easy Returns" (or similar).

Nobody at the desk, but someone was waiting, so I got in line. Desk clerk finally returned, I got my turn, and he promptly told me I needed to process returns at the checkout register. (There was a checkout register at the Cust Service desk....). I was going to point out the sign, but then figured why bother, and got back in line at the checkout...

I think the irony of "Customer Service Desk" was pretty much lost on the guy.

And do what to him for what reason? He stopped when she said stop, and had her permission for what he did up to that point. A scam? Of course. A crime? I think not.

assault by contact maybe,

One thing leads to another, on the smaller side he was creative in his deception.

Had to add one more thing. When the story 1st broke, it was said she was sexually assaulted, but did not state that in the news paper article.

Funniest one for me was at a local Walmart. On a all the employees in big bold print on the back of the vest it said " ASK ME FOR ASSISTANCE".I asked for assistance and the employee didn't speak a work of English.

Hmmmmmmmm

That is the EXACT reason why I stopped wearing a blue vest. I could be in any store, and someone would stop to ask me where something was located at (even a gun shop). Drove me up a wall.

Note, if anyone comes to your door wanting to give you a massage, they will usually have their portable massage table with them:D

assault by contact maybe

She gave him permission.

Not for the "hug" according to the news print. best they can do probably since the rest was, umm, consensual..The news paper article was somewhat different then the tv lead, but, the paper probably had newer, local information than the story was when it hit the evening news the night prior.

Ive heard it all now. Not surprised at how dim witted some people are though with kids being raised to be absent minded. I had a female mechanical engineer that worked for a manufacturing plant I worked in after college. I was a certified machinist and had been in highschool and worked in them off and on during school. I was 20 and fairly cocky. I had to make some turnbuckles for a customer. The nut was 5 inch stock and the rod was 1.5. I made 4 left and right sets and was abouttoe send them down to the welders when this little bond girl came in dressed super nice with a clipboard. She came in teling me and quote: You made this very wrong, a nut and bolt is supposed to go righty tighty lefty loosey. I had to fi outthe paper work for scrapping a part. She had the welders weld the body to the buckles with 2 right handed thread then wondered why the baody moved left and right, instead of the the machine moving. I saw her a few months ago at the Kmart i nthe next town.
