Yet another C50/C50HL question - re Woods Back Hoe

Not to worry about the ole juices flowing, we can always lust about tractor stuff with out buying, or can we?
It looks like a C76 might be your only choice, their may be some dealers that still might have some, you could check with that dealer in SC that Century 3045 talked about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I am currently looking at a 2005 large frame 3035 (shouldnt that be a C38??) at a dealer in CA and in the pics of the tractor you can see his several acres of stock and looming above it all is a stack of unassembeled "crated" Centuries with a stack of FEL's next to them, so there may still be a dealer out there that still has stacks of stuff to sell, including C76's, problem is finding him.

According to my almost local Branson/Century/Tym dealer there is also a C86 hoe. He has also been selling the Wallenstein hoes, although he was just sending one of those back the day I dropped in there.
The C86 is about $7K and I thought I could get into the Woods 9000 for something less than that.
I had it in the back of my mind that if I ever wanted/needed to sell the hoe separately it would be easier to sell the Woods as a more recognised name.

This morning I found a potential project hoe that has obviously been sitting idle for a few years. Y'know, the $500 deal that can be rebuilt to a $5,000 value for only $6,000 of parts and a lot of scraped knuckle skin (-:
Anyway, I'll knock on their door when someone is home, there were no cars or trucks there this morning.

Just one more thing I found and I promise I'll shut up and leave you alone after this.
If you will go to www.ansung.co.kr/ then select "front loader" from the product menu and then click on "configuration" you can scroll down and see a pic of the Ansung framework, I dont know if it is actually for a Branson tractor or not but I assume it is a common design for all of their applications.
If you will check out the rear mounts that we have been talking about that are on the Century they are offset on the Branson plus on a seperate bracket which leaves the axle mounts basicly open for a hoe installation. I believe you can finally see why they wont interchange. I hope that pic isnt to scale because the rails look like they belong on a bed instead of a tractor, that is if you compare them to what the Century has.

That looks like an artist's rendering of the generic loader sub-frame, although the brackets are certainly different in style to the C50/C50HL and that MIGHT be why the Woods Hoe will fit. I still havn't heard back from Woods, but if they say the Century loader rear rails get in the way I'll ask them "how come the Branson rails don't ?" They might have a different sub sub sub whatever bit that works, I can't believe this isn't a common problem with ROPS attachments and the like being attached to rear axles.

I thought I'd already said that I was looking at the Woods
a) Because I think I can get a better price on it.
b) Because Woods has an established reputation - name recognition.
c) Because if ever I do want to sell it separately from the tractor I will have a better chance of getting a decent price for it than a Humpolec, Ansung, Ameriquip, unknown_to_most_people brand etc.
d) I didn't say so in this thread yet, but PARTS for Woods are probably more available in more places.
e) I didn't say this in this thread either, the local Woods dealer is a lot closer than the not so local Century/Branson/Tym dealership.

Despite all that, I might get the Ameriquip hoe anyway (-:

Amerequip name maybe is not as well known because they mostly build for OE's. John Deere, Montana, Branson/Century, and used to build Bush Hogs backhoe untill they started building there own, and you can buy an Amerequip backhoe from Amerequip dealer painted black with there name on it. They have a website.
