The tires that come on a BX24 suck. That's all I can conclude. After getting flats all the time, I put tubes in the front tires. One of the tubes went flat the other day (which I think was my fault from the tube installation, so I take the blame for that), so I said screw it and went and replaced the tire with a Carlisle. $120 for one tire. I'm confident that I'll be much happier though. I had a tractor from 1973 that had its original Carlisles on it when I sold it in 2007, and I never had to patch them. So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
