About the only thing it could be is the Hyd. Valve. That's what controls the flow. HV-451 for the Ym2610. Same 3Pt. as my Ym2000. The pin is what controls the lift from the handle. Pull the handle back and push the pin In and lift it.
3Pt. handle down pressure on the pin is released letting it drop the Arms. The Adj. on the side of the valve is rate of lifting and lowering the 3Pt. arms. Vertical is Neutral and pretty much where the Adj, stays. Move it forwards and the drop rate increases. Set it back slows the drop rate, The handle is the 3Pt. height Adj. or how high you want the attachment to stay. You can disassemble it and clean it they have been known to get dirty and stick. No safety cover over the set pin.

I posted how it works and that is a Adj. Drop rate!. Good luck

Yea had a sprayer on it took it off then tried putting weight on arms. Maybe I need tap it with a sledgehammer?
Could be that the piston is stuck. It's not a big job to take off the top of the 3pt cylinder and look. That's probably the best way.
If you "tap" it, make sure it has weight on the arms, that the drop valve under the seat is all the way open, and that the 3pt position control valve to the right is pushed all the way forward.

Chk. the spring and the linkage. It should keep it next to the control valve pin. Mine had major play in it and the linkage. under the guard Esp. rusted and stuck In?

Is it supposed to have a gap like that? I had the leaver that’s attached to hydraulic turn forward.

No. and what I thought. Your lift arms should be all the way down now. The bottom pushes the pin in not the top. Pull the lift handle backwards, then the bottom of the Linkage Arm pushes the pin in to lift it. My Pic.#11 you can see that. My handle is all the down which is lower the 3Pt.lift arms. And my linkage is just touching the Valve. where I set the spring. I keep it snug to the control when pulled all the way back. Helps hold it in place when lifted. It will make sence when you watch what happens with the control handle. I would pull the lines to the control valve and make sure the 3 point lift arms fall Not Jammed and stuck up! I'm highly doubtful of that. Not like it can't happen!!
I had the pin come all the way out of the control valve. Make sure that didn't happen and that is what is actually stuck. Had to align it and go back in.

Man I’ve been trying to figure out what that thing controls. What position does it need to be in? Mine is currently in up position same as the picture
The UP position is good. You can use the rise/lower lever to move the 3-point. When the position is down, the system is locked right there, the 3-point arms will not move up nor down. Basically frozen there.

I've played around with the feature with the rear blade grading the gravel driveway. It works alright. Yet, I found something better, using a truck shock as the top-link.

Having the shock greatly controls the bounce and jarring the tractor would take and your teeth don't rattle anymore.

I'm not sure. I've not taken the cover off to really look closely at it.

Now, your small lever there is pointing to the back, when it should be facing forwards about 20-dregees raise.
