I looked at a couple of service manuals and the only dimension I could find was for warpage, and it was for a 3 cylinder model. The IT Service Manual for a 195/240 states the following: "On three cylinder models, head should be flat within 0.03mm when checked across retaining stud holes longitudinally, laterally and diagnally. Maximum warpage limit limit is 0.1mm".
Well I got the head magafluxed and said could not find any cracks and it was not warped but it still may have a crack because they are not setup to pressure test it so he went ahead and cleaned and shaved it.
Thanks for the info on the head Allen!!!
