Tractor Sizing ym2000 what size tires are best

I have a ym 2000 with a small fel on it. The front tires are bald and weather checked real bad. The tires are bridgeston farm service 4.00-15 on the front. The rear are 9.5/9-24 bridgestone farm service lug. Are these what are called rice tires ? I do loader work and have a scraper blade on the back. what would be the the correct sizes or better sizes for my tractor and where to get them?
