good morning,
committed to purchase ym2700. dealer is going thru the unit, several of the reconditioning steps include changing the battery, checking battery cables, change air filter,ck radiator, belts, fill with 50-50 antifreeze, check or change all fuses, lights, switches, alt/gen., tack, gear oil, hyd fluid, new muffler, clutch test, clean injectors, fuel lines, brakes, pto(all speeds),lift arms, tranny, clutch, hydro lift speed and hold, run 30 minutes, check temp gage and fluids, new seat, blinking lights, headlights, decompression, glow plugs, wheel seals, pto seals, hood latches, steering wheel and castlenuts, pivot pins, grease zerks on all of tractor and attachments...... /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
i'm sure i missed some of the things he does, (he faxed me his check list) however, he is putting on a new manifold and a paint job /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
i called yesterday and he said after the warm up it was blowing a little blue smoke, so he is doing a valve job, and there was no oil leaks around the head.....(no charge) /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
