I have a 6' york with depth wheels but no scarifier/blade setup and run with my B21 nearly the same HP as the 9200 and can pull a decent load of dirt with it no problem.
WIth the scarifier I would imagine you will dig 2-3" then level with the blade or rake - should be fine. You might strain it a bit if you are going up a hill trying to dig or drag a lot of material.
Take some pics with your setup when you get cooled off out there!
