Not all Countyline in made by KK, but a significant amount is. Depends on the implement, and even the size within the implement. But I'll bet the 7' York rake on TSC's web site is a KK.
You can tell by looking at the manufacturer's part #:
From TSC's web site: TYR-84-YK
From Everything Attachment's web site (where it is sold as a KK): TYR-84-YK
From what I've heard, you may even find different manufacturers for the same attachment in different TSC stores. I wouldn't know, I don't drive to more than one.
Everything Attachments lists it for $100 more. "Free shipping" isn't really free; it's just prepaid shipping.
