Now there's not likely anything on the menu for a buck.

You could still burn the skin off the roof of your mouth for a buck with their apple pies ten years ago, but I just checked and now they're up near $2.

If there is any food on earth hotter than the inside of a McDonald's apple pie, I have yet to find it.

Dang I'm feeling old today.
Warmed up the lawn mower and drained the oil went to get the filter that I knew I had.
Ha, have to stop in town and get a couple this afternoon.

Now that you bought the new filter have you found the one(s) you knew you had and found since you don't need it? That's what I do.

Not yet, and yes I do have filters on the shelve for vehicles I haven't had for years.
As well as other useful parts and pieces, need any Pinto brake pads? got a set.

So the doctor tells me I need hearing aids now, and on top of that, I can’t even read my kindle without glasses anymore. If that’s not a clear sign of getting older, I don’t know what is! It’s definitely one of those moments that makes you pause and realize time is moving faster than you think. But hey, aging gracefully is a thing, right

Worse yet... when you're running the BH and find yourself wondering where that water is coming from. Then realize it isn't water... after only 50 years, a cylinder needs to be repacked.
