I have to find a lower chair to put on my socks some days. Back and legs don't bend like they used to.
My legs bend just fine. Problem is they often don't un-bend as well. For example, kneeling down is a piece of cake but getting up is another matter.

Kneeling down is a bit rough, getting back up is a real bit**.

As a school photographer who gave away combs 20-30 yrs ago, I'd always shop around for funky colored combs to give away. The kids loved them but then the nurses made us adopt the practice of "comb and throw away" Sorry kiddos, blame the nurse so we ended up buying black combs so the kids didn't care as much.

That's for sure, I'll bet that I have at least half a dozen 12x24 inch 2 inch thick kneeling pads scattered around the house and shop. If I don't see a good hand anchor before I get down I get my cane.Can you do it now without making a groan sound?
I am pretty sure I groan every time I get up from a kneeling or from sitting on the floor.

I've got a collection of products stored in my head from when I moved around in my younger years, I was surprised to find out that the product was made in that local town.
Anytime I see this product I always scream out inside my head "Watertown NY!" LOL
Then again, that was so long ago perhaps everything moved overseas...
