Its when you have a wireless laptop mounted to your fender /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif like the LEO's have in thier sqaud cars /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif But Thomas's picture reminds me of the look you get when you get caught with your hand in the cookie jar /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif sort of like getting caught on TBN again, and again, and again/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
