Your towing rigs and trailers

I finally got my trailer rebuilt and back in service. Stripped it down, blasted, primed and painted the frame; rebuilt the axles with new hardware and spring bushings and installed #1 2x8 decking. Truck is a 2003 F150 with 5.4L and Roadmaster active suspension.

Trailer looks great!! How much would you charge me to do mine???

How's that Hemi workin out? Is that a 2500 or 3500? Nice rig!

How do you like that Kubota? I had the same one a few years back, and it worked good for me. I traded it in for a bigger one, and I am satisfied. But that was a strong running machine.

I love it, and am amazed at how much power and what a strong running machine it is for such it small size. Its my first tractor and the only thing I would change about it is I wished I could shift on the fly. Also the three point hitch seems to be jerky, other then that I wouldn't change a thing.

Burlington, in the southeast corner. My grandfather farmed outside Danville. Yep the poem is where my screen name came from. I have a framed copy of the poem hanging near my computer, and that's what I saw when I needed to come up with a name.

Is the attached picture of the old farm in Iowa were you grew up. I would love to have a couple of barns on my place like the ones in that picture. I am I have been to that area alot, my exwife is from Donielson Iowa, not far from Mt. Pleasant.

Unfortunately I grew up in the city of Burlington. The picture, which was taken in the '50's, is of what was my grandfather's farm at that time. A place of which I have many fond memories. I know Mt. Pleasant. Our church youth group used to carol at the hospital there. One event I really miss is the Sweet Corn Festival in West Point!
