A post in the Kubota forum got me wondering how everyone has progressed through tractors through the years. Here is mine. Tractor has increased in size with my needs and available funds.
I started with a Toro Wheelhorse 316, mowing 3.5 acres with a 38" deck. I don't have any pictures but it looked similar to this:
B9200 - moving from a 38" deck to a 60" deck cut my weekly mowing from 6 hours to 3.5 hours.
BX2200 - going from no power steering to power steering was great, plus with the deck sticking out farther from the tractor it cut my mowing time to 2 hrs and 45 minutes.
L3400 - no longer had a big yard to mow but had hunting property to maintain
XR4046 - my allergies have gotten worse with age, and the cab is a life-saver for that. Main reason for moving up from the L3400 was the need to move heavy round bales and the L3400 didn't have the needed lift capacity.
Next? Only God knows!
